Trylook AI Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the first public version of Trylook AI handles information. This version does not display advertising and does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

1. Information you choose to use
You may select a photo from your device, take a photo with the camera, or choose an image file so that Trylook AI can provide local appearance previews and related editing features. The app may also store your selected styles, favorites, history, language, onboarding progress, and notification preferences on your device.
2. How information is used
Your selected photo is used only to provide the feature you request, such as previewing a hairstyle, beard, glasses, or saving an edited result. In this first version, photo processing and app preferences remain on your device. Trylook AI does not upload your photos to our servers or to a third-party AI provider.
3. Permissions
- Camera: used only when you choose to take a new photo.
- Photos or files: used only when you choose an image or save an edited result.
You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings. Some related features will then be unavailable.
4. Advertising, purchases, and analytics
The first version contains no advertising SDK, does not use an advertising identifier, and does not display ads. It does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions and does not collect purchase or payment information. It also does not send product analytics or crash reports to third-party analytics services.
5. Sharing
Trylook AI does not sell your personal information or photos. In this first version, we do not share your selected photos, local style history, or favorites with third parties.
6. Storage, retention, and deletion
Photos, edited results, favorites, history, and preferences created by the first version are stored locally on your device. They remain there until you delete them in the app or device storage, clear the app's data, or uninstall the app. Because this version does not create an account or upload this data to our servers, there is no server-side account or photo record to delete.
7. Security
We limit access to the permissions and local data needed for the requested features. No method of device storage is completely risk-free, so you should protect access to your device and avoid using photos you do not have the right to use.
8. Adults only
Trylook AI is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
9. Future features and policy changes
A future version may add online AI processing, advertising, analytics, or in-app purchases. We will not describe those future capabilities as active in this policy. Before enabling them, we will update this policy, the in-app disclosures, and applicable store declarations, and will publish the new effective date.
